Reflexology is a therapy that involves applying pressure to points on the feet and hands to stimulate the body's own healing mechanism. It relieves inflammation, congestion and tension by treating imbalances in the body. It releases toxins, stimulates the lymphatic system, relaxes the nervous system and improves circulation. It improves mental, physical and emotional health.

It can be used for acute and chronic disorders being particularly beneficial for stress related symptoms and offers excellent support all throughout pregnancy and post-natally too.

Each session lasts 1 hr (for first session, with a free consultation allow 1hr 20min ). Payment is by cheque / cash.
